Must have a deposit equal to a 1 night stay+tax to confirm reservation.
Must cancel 21 days prior to reservation for a refund of deposit.
Early checkout - A 1 night charge+tax will be assessed for all early departures.
Late checkout fee will be 50 percent of room rate before 5PM and a full night charge after 5PM.
Rooms are based on double occupancy, extra person charges are USD 50 plus taxes.
