Types of Massage We Offer You
Lomi Lomi:
A distinct Hawaiian therapy that is a spiritual healing art practiced for
centuries in the islands. Lomi lomi employs Aloha and Ha, Love and
Breath, to enhance healing on a physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual level.
Relaxation
Therapy: This type of massage is smoothing and gentle while applying moderate
to medium pressure to the body. It is designed to improve circulation, range of motion, relieve minor muscle pain, and promote overall relaxation and rejuvenation.
Sports Massage/Deep Tissue: This type of massage is designed to relieve tension in the muscle and the connective tissues. It is a deeper massage focusing on specific trigger points to release chronic muscle tension and aid in recovery from activity-induced soreness. This deeply penetrating session will revive the warrior spirit in anyone.
Lomi pohaku:
This treatment incorporates traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and hot
stone therapy. The heat of the stones penetrates tightened
muscles for a deep massage of the entire body. The highly
recommended 90-minute session also incorporates energy balancing to

Raindrop Therapy:
The purpose of the therapy is to bring total balance, a sense of harmony, and body wellness including mental, physical, and emotional through the techniques used. The premise behind this massage therapy is that the use of specific antimicrobial oils applied in a particular sequence with various techniques will reduce the body’s inflammations and destroy any viral presence.
